Message: I had to laugh at the Grouch Rick reviews. He used to scare me too. He asks a lot of questions and he knows what to ask so you get the bugs worked out up front. Like me somedays he is grouchier than other days, but he works very hard to be helpful and he is knowledgeable. If I wanted to marry the guy I would worry about his grouch, since I just want to get my order right I welcome him. Travis and the other guys are equally professional. Clay runs a tight production line. With the volume they do I don't know how they pull it off.. Classic is old school and is geared more for contractors, personally I like that much better than dealing with big box stores. I buy a lot from them they take a burden off me. Very well priced, always helpful and will back up any mistake. Overall very friendly but super busy.

Message: The people that work here are very nice but the quality was lacking. I bought 3 interior doors, baseboard and casing. I gave them 2 doors as a template and they put the bottom hinges in the wrong place. There were also chips and cracks.. but I can't say for sure if that was them or my pick up guy.

Message: Travis at classic is great to work with, very detailed oriented, knowledgeable and professional. Easy to work with and pricing is reasonable for a quality product. A lot more selection than you'll find at any chain hardware store for about 30% less the cost. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to buy doors.

This company is just easy to deal with, no stupid long wait to get helped, and they will match the price of the competition in town if higher. I priced both places in the past because sometimes one was cheaper and other times the other was. I stopped wasting my time, Use Classic Door and Trim if you want fast professional service and a fair price. My time is valuable and the competition (avanti) will waste your time every time.
