The Home Depot

Message: Stopped in to pick up some boxes to store a few things. It was an easy check out process. Friendly people were working there that day. Made it a pleasant outing.

Message: Customer service is always top notch - but has anyone else noticed their plants - perennials and annuals - are severely in need of care? unless i get there the day of delivery what's left the next day or two are dry, wilted, dead plants.. no one takes care of them after they're delivered.

Message: Found what the hubs sent me there for. I really wish you would offer free ship to store, or free store to store transportation. My husband needed 1 thing and ordered it for pick up. Get there and that item isn't picked. Online it says 9 in stock, so I go to HD. Nope, inventory was wrong, but the guy said every other store around us has it. Ultimately, got what we needed just had to do a lot of driving to do so.

Message: I was met with excellent costumer service by Eric today! I'm doing a complete bedroom makeover and expressed my ideas to him. He patiently helped me find everything I needed and made some great suggestions as well! Upon walking in, I was greeted by a nice lady as well. I feel great about going back for more business.

Message: I rated this location a 3 because I have had to visit it four times to pick up one specific type of wood that only this Home Depot carries. Over the course of a month I have gone to this location and I have made it clear they need to refill a bin and they've even told me that that lumber was in stock when I arrived today once again the bin was empty however there was a young man in the lumber department that went out of his way to get me the materials and if it wasn't for him I would not have given this rating a three it would have been much lower. I find that many of the people they have on staff are very young and very inexperienced and do not go out of their way to help at this location.

Message: Great Home Depot. Its always clean when im in there. Everyone is always nice and helpful. Definitely better then some of the other Home Depots in town.

Message: This is probably my favorite Home Depot in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City area. It is always very well lit and very clean. Finding an employee may not be quite as easy as it is in most of their other locations but I've never had and major problem finding one. The employees have always been very polite and helpful. The inventory is extensive and well stocked on most items. Their prices always seem to be competitive with other similar stores.
